After 20 years in journalism, I established Omni Reporter in March 2020 to share news and insights with the public throughout the week. While all news is local on some level, I believe we all have an interest in what helps our state, country and world move forward. In that spirit, the site’s name reflects a focus on a wider, global scope of news. I hope this scope is helpful as we all try to stay meaningfully connected, together, in this truly vast and impressive world.
