This year, the state is taking several steps to address decades-old technology and other systemic needs at the Vermont Department of Labor.

Vermont has been the most successful state in the nation at getting people vaccinated against COVID-19, according to statistics released this week. It has the most vaccinations per 100,000 people of any state in the U.S.

Starting next week, Vermont teachers, school staff and child care providers will be eligible for COVID-19 vaccines as a group.
